No. It's outdoors under a tiki.

Yes, outside seating only.They even provide dishes of water

Just about everything they serve is AWESOME!

Is there any indoor seating?

This is an outdoor Tiki Bar setting. There are tables under the roof of the Tiki as well as tables on the open air deck. The entire concept is open.
